Our pizza chef, Papà Vito, is a true master of dough, specialized in the art of slow leavening. Our pizzas are made with selected flours and leavened naturally for at least 48 hours, to guarantee a dough that is soft inside, crunchy outside and easily digestible. We also offer special doughs, such as gluten-free, to meet the different dietary needs of our guests without ever sacrificing taste.0 km ingredients
We believe that the quality of food depends above all on the freshness of the ingredients. For this reason, we collaborate with local suppliers, selecting seasonal and zero-mile products, such as vegetables harvested by local farmers, fresh fish of the day and typical Sicilian cheeses.
