Sicilian Tradition

Our roots are in traditional Sicilian cuisine, made of genuine flavors and seasonal ingredients. Thanks to the experience and passion of Mamma Rosa, our chef, we offer dishes that celebrate recipes from the past, revisited with a modern touch. From classics such as caponata, couscous or pasta with sardines, to seafood dishes that reflect the freshness of the Mediterranean, each dish tells a story of culture and love for the territory.

Our pizza chef, Papà Vito, is a true master of dough, specialized in the art of slow leavening. Our pizzas are made with selected flours and leavened naturally for at least 48 hours, to guarantee a dough that is soft inside, crunchy outside and easily digestible. We also offer special doughs, such as gluten-free, to meet the different dietary needs of our guests without ever sacrificing taste.

We believe that the quality of food depends above all on the freshness of the ingredients. For this reason, we collaborate with local suppliers, selecting seasonal and zero-mile products, such as vegetables harvested by local farmers, fresh fish of the day and typical Sicilian cheeses. Each dish is an expression of our bond with the land and the sea, using raw materials that respect natural cycles and that enhance the flavors of our territory.
